Conditions for the return of goods

Returns of purchased goods can only be made under the following conditions:

• Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• The goods are complete, clean and without signs of assembly

• The goods are in their original, clean and undamaged packaging

• The goods are returned with a duly completed return slip (Returns Protocol)

• The costs associated with the return of the goods are borne by the buyer

Returning the goods is not possible:

• The goods are damaged or show signs of assembly

• The goods have been delivered by special order
